B. Introduction and Features
This tablet press machine is a double-press type which continuous automatic tablet press for pressing granular raw materials into tablet. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical, food, electronic industry.
This machine conforms to GMP standard. Its tablet pressing chamber is completely separated from the driving mechanism. The parts contacting the drug are made of stainless steel or their surfaces are given the special treatment. Moreover, it is featured with non toxicity and corrosion prevention.
The tablet pressing chamber is enclosed by the transparent organic glass to prevent the pollution. Every surface is smooth, easy for treatment.

It is mechanical and electrical integration, with the advantages of simplified operation and convenient maintenance. An overload protection unit is included in the system to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus. When overload occurs, the machine stops automatically.
